I knew that in order to get Susan to do something she did not care for, there had to be something big included in the package, something like a dog. As Susan read more and more, I

Wang 4 saw the signs. She was forcing herself too much. Making her read Chinese was like forcing her to jump off a cliff, but I kept quiet and went along with her studies. I saw how impossible this was for her as she read each day, but doubting Susan was the biggest mistake I ever made. She pulled herself out of the hole. I was already amazed by her ability to learn so therefore, I took the liberty of awarding her early. Who knew that it would lead to the biggest disappoint in Susan’s life. Susan had asthma and I was not sure if she was allergic to the dog, Buddy. Buddy therefore lived outside and I basically took care of him everyday. As Buddy got bigger, I got more annoyed with cleaning up after him. The barks that Buddy created made me feel very irritated. At last, I could not take it anymore. Buddy would of been gone six month earlier, but I decided to give Buddy one last chance. No one knew that the new neighbors would have been so arrogant and rude. I decided to get rid of Buddy within a week and Susan’s heart shattered like a broken glass. Even though she knew this day would come, she never thought that it would be this early. I saw how miserable Susan was after she got back from giving her dog away, but I completely denied that it was my fault. I told her, “What’s done is done.” She had to learn to deal with things because life was going to be a lot tougher. Susan kept on saying how she was going to hire a private agent and find Buddy after college. I knew how this experience influenced her and I did feel partly guilty. This experience was forever engraved in our memories and it would never be forgotten.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
