for seminars on teamwork for the entire group. Some professor or any industry person can come and speak on the importance of communication and teamwork in a group and how are they 3. What are your suggested solutions? I would suggest Helen to spend some time with each of her team members and try to get to know them better. If she really wants her team to be open and communicative with her, she needs to connect to them at a personal level. She can try to arrange for team outings of their liking so everyone gets time off work and gets to spend more time as a group. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
