Social inequalities played a large role in France falling apart, as many things were not fair to everyone. With 97% of the population not being able to have a voice, it made things very different and were definitelymore aimed toward the two upper classes, which eventually led people to go toward enlightenment. Enlightenment let people decide what they wanted to do for themselves and not follow in tradition, leading toward individuality which caused the society to divide more. Financially, France was not in a good state because of the King taking advantage of his power and using money the money for his own benefit and not for the benefit of his people, once againleading toward a large divide and a rebellion against the King. Without the French Revolution, many of the unfair laws would still be in place today, making the war one of the biggest turning points for France.Works Cited:
