Additionally, they reduced the confusion amongst employees concerning which tool corresponds to which job. Another company that has been successful within the social business category is Carlo’s Bake Shop. After implementing salesforce CRM tool chatter the employees at the bake shop are able to produce case and other products more efficiently and rapidly (Laudon & Laudon pg.75). Also, due to social networking the managers at the shop have access to data and analytics, which illustrate the performance of the shop (Laudon & Laudon pg.75). 3.) When social networking is utilized with proper guidance it will be very beneficial for companies. Social networking will result in better profits for companies and time will be reduced when technology is implemented for production. Implementing social networking will allow employees to produce products more efficiently.
