certain distance, but a 130lb woman can not carry 225lb man plus both their gear they just can’t and there’s nothing sexist about that. Now there are women that can, but as a norm and as common ability they can’t. America is slowly coming out of this sexist idea that women are inferior to men. Uncertainty Avoidance, I’m pretty close with this as well only because I feel its important to know, Knowledge is power. I think in the work place people need a good guideline to follow and should be rated according to that guideline. It wouldn’t make since to have two employees that do the same great job but both of them have to wonder if they are getting a raise or fired, why do that? Long Term Orientation, as I mentioned before above; “I’m a planner and I plan for the future, short term loses are ok if they prove beneficial for the future gain. I also know that todays hard work will allow for tomorrows relaxation, I want my money to work for me and not the other way around.” Most Americans live in the moment and fail to plan ahead but not me, I used to be like this but I learned it’s a bad idea and I changed.

DELETED DUE TO TURN IT IN REPORT 14 SLP3 In this SLP we were to take the Survey, “Assessing Your Stereotypes" and give our scores for both my own “culture” and the one I picked to compare. My group would be Americans and it scored 55 while the comparison culture India, scored 43. I did the scoring 1-5 based on 5 Most favorable being the same as I agree the most, as in the culture does this a lot and 1 as the culture may do it but not a lot or not as the norm. The Assessing Your Stereotypes instrument revealed the differences that I see as different between my own culture and India.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
