FINAL PERSONAL LEADERSHIP PORTRAIT 4 My coaching communication style will enable me an identity and enable me to deal with the issues affecting my associates. Through coaching communication style, I have an opportunity to get in touch with the individual members in the organization I am serving. I will be able to identify the capacity of the individual members in the organization. With will offer me a great opportunity to identify some of the areas that need some improvements for the performance of the organization I am operating. Through coaching and interactive communication, I will have the strength to interact with the individual members and guide them where necessary. Instead of dealing with the group, this will allow me to deal with individual members for effective leadership. What I would do and Strategies I will use to ensure that I am optimally effective in each of these areas Communication and interpersonal effectiveness Through the application of transformational leadership, I will give my associates to explain their issues. Through this, I will be able to identify some of their claims and their demands in the organization. Interacting with them especially through coaching approach will enable share with my associates. This will create trust and a sense of closeness with my associates hence effective communication and interpersonal communication level. Ethical leadership Transformational leadership is all about building trust with the associates (Jackson, 2010) . Through sharing with my associates direct and close at a personal level creates a lot of respect and trust among us. Once the trust and respect are developed between me and the associates, this would offer me an easy leadership process because we shall all having unit and sober discussion about matters.
