keep the attention of more customers. It would help
to increase our sales, instead of 10%, we could
increase until 15% per month.
We can avoid overstaffing and reduce labor costs while
increasing profits. Labor costs are one of a restaurant’s
highest expenses, and adding extra people doesn’t
always eliminate problems. If we training most efficient
people allows managers to schedule fewer workers
while maintaining quality standards.
If we train our staff in a better way, it would help us
to reduce our expenses in wages. We can save 5%
each quarter.
