(García-Carbonell, Martín-Alcázar & Sanchez-Gardey, 2018) By removing a hierarchy Future Filter will ensure a more open, positive, and engaging work environment. Moreover, by encouraging creativity, accountability and forward thinking Future Filter aims to further enhance, the enjoyability of the employees work. 4.2 Recruitment & Training of Volunteers Since the existing pool of human resources only consist of the four founding members who would fill the positions of a CEO,CFO,COO and CMO,there are limitations on the abilities of the founding members to fulfill all positions required to ensure the success of Future Filter. Hence, volunteers need to be recruited to fill the competency gap and to save on costs (Volkmann,Tokarski & Ernst, 2012). For example, Future Filter would not only need volunteers to teach the beneficiaries how to decorate on the water bottles sold but would also need volunteers to conduct the hygiene and sanitation workshops. In addition, Future Filter would also need volunteers who would be able to provide skills in legal, web programming and designing purposes. Thus, to recruit the right volunteers, Future Filter will adopt a formal volunteer program which include a systematic recruitment process through the use of advertisement on the social enterprise’s website and social media sites as well as through background checks.Volunteers that are interested with aiding Future Filter in our sanitation workshops would be required to undergo an orientation and training program. In addition, Future Filter will be hiring a permanent worker as a director of volunteer services to manage the volunteer program and to motivate the volunteers (Runquist, 2010) . 4.3 Management of Volunteer Motivation In order to motivate these volunteers, Future Filter would treat them like they are an employee in our organization, so that they would feel like they are part of the family. Future filter would manage them with respect, provide them feedback and empower them. For example, Future Filter won’t force someone to do the volunteer work if they have busy schedule because every person has their own life besides volunteer work. Future Filter will provide training opportunities and constructive feedback to reduce occurrences of mistakes in volunteering. Furthermore, Future Filter would also recognize the efforts and performance for each volunteer. Besides that, Future filter will assign greater responsibility to the volunteer so that it will drive them to do better. Together, Future Filter also allows volunteers to participate in the decision making process to generate more ideas. Future Filter will also motivate

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
