that the frozen ingredient can last for a long time, but Garutto had to decide on the best for the
company and consumers' preferences.
Compare and Contrast
The brand quality is the crucial variable that measures the familiarity, quality, and
future consideration in these three food chains. In the battle to win consumers, it narrows down o
ubiquity. In-N-Out has slipped from its high in recent years, and the other players Five Guys and
Shake Shack claim the market share (
Ramsenthaler, 2019)
. Five Guys has been expanding at a
high rate while In-N-Out has a slow expansion approach as the location of its stores is
contiguous, mostly on the west coast. Since Five guys were opened, it has nearly 1,500 locations
and around 1,500 in development and is operated across the U.S and U.K, France, and Germany.
On the other hand, In-N-Out operates around 300 locations in only six states in the US
(
Alter, 2017)
. Even if its brand is affordable and has cultivated a robust, loyalty, most of the
customers lack the chance to try it since there are very few stores compared to Shake Shack
(
Klett, 2019)
. Shake shack has a strong reputation in the operating cities, but it has a smaller
geographical location than Five Guys. Even if Five guy is expensive than both In N Out and
Shake Shack, it does not come out in extensive metrics since it covers a large area where there is
no competition and has significant market share (
Ramsenthaler, 2019)
. Similar to In-N-Out,

shake shack has reputable brand preferences, yet Five Guys has the strongest due to its quick
scaling.
Opinions
Lynsi Snyder, Jerry Murrell, and Randy Garutti are all determined to progress and
provide the consumers with the best menu ever. However, considering their leadership and
responsibility role, there is a quality that makes one of them outstanding. Randy Garutti is
enthusiasm and makes a tough decision for the company. Jerry Murrell is the founder and
promotes his family business as he named the company after his five sons (
Griner, 2018)
. The
company is advancing events oversee and considers the provision of the best burgers, but they
are expensive. However, most CEO I admire is Lynsi Snyder, who owns In-N-Out. Despite
Snyder's family fate, death of his father, Uncle and Alcoholism life besides failing marriages, she
stands as an encouraging, enthusiastic, caring, and hold Christian values. Her company promotes
employees through motivation and acts as a role model to women empowerment to the extent of
providing training through HHN organization to empower local people and train them to be
leaders in developing countries in Africa and India.
Conclusion
Eventually, the three CEO offers a standpoint of what a leader should be towards the
growth and expansion of a corporative. Murrell provides a perception of promoting family
business by equal sharing of the roles and associating each member in a position. The
empowerment that he gives is to help the young generation and train them to be leaders in the
future. When it comes to Garutti enthusiasm and positivity is the key to success as a leader. It
takes passion and aiming to help others to be successful. Synder, on the other hand, empowers
women leaders, and her life symbolizes that no amount of intimidation or challenges is

unbreakable. Hence, through the programs she provides to local communities, she helps women
