Typically, restaurants can accommodate a large number of people, which could lead to issues if an emergency were to occur. In case of an emergency, patrons can easily find exits if the restaurant has proper lighting. In addition, proper lighting can increase the sales because proper lighting can also make the food look more appealing. Next, we should install automatic sprinkler system and alarm bell in our restaurant as the safety tools in case of fire. In case of fie, automatic sprinkler system is a basic system that we have to set up for the safety of customer and staff. It might put out a fire by sprinkle out to a wide area. Then, alarm bell might spread out the sound to people as a warning that incident 20
is happening. These are important tools of our restaurant to ensure our staffs and customers are safe. We should also install CCTV camera in our restaurant for security and it is use to prevent case of stealing. If the customer item has missing in our restaurant, we can review back to the CCTV camera. For the flooring, we would use the good quality of flooring which is floor tile. Floor tile is skid resistance and it can prevent people falling down on the floor. Once a person falls down in our restaurant, it may cause a serious injured and it will affect the business of our restaurant. Lastly, we also consider the seat arrangement that should be provided to customers an accessible space.
