workplace. Of the two solutions I recommend the second solution. The situation is assisted appropriately and the policies and guidelines are used to remind the employee how to conduct themselves. THE PROPOSAL The first component to discuss in an ethics training program is the ethical behavior of employees. The second component to discuss will be confidentiality of information. The last component will be the company’s harassment policy. With discussing the ethical behavior of employees, we want them to know what is expected of them by promoting a professional public image of the company. By promoting a professional image customer will respect the company and will continue to do business. By discussing confidentiality of information, it helps employees handle sensitive information, the company will implement a software program to ensure safety. Implementing a software program will give employees a secure place to store customers personal information, without the fear of a being breached. The harassment policy will be repeated annually. It will provide a hotline for employees to call anonymously, these situations will not be taken lightly.
