Few customers paying through NEFT didn’t show much interest in paying through application; they find NEFT convenient and don’t want to get into technicality by paying through application. Rest of them who are paying through NEFT agreed to pay through app. Customers who agreed to pay through NEFT were not aware of application before. Mobile Application 84%of the customers find the mobile application user friendly, 16% of them faced some problems while using the application like problem during registration, few of them didn’t know how to manage the subscription through application. Packaging Packaging is a very integral part of any product and a reason for liking or disliking the product. Provilac provides milk in a transparent plastic bottle. 94% of the customers like the packaging of the product and even the used bottles are re-collected for recycling. 6% of the total customers are dissatisfied by the packaging and the reason is that these bottles are made of plastic.
