Directions : For part E, you need to light up more than 1 bulb at the same time, using just one battery.
Find a way to hook up your bulbs so that if you break the connection at one bulb, ONLY that bulb goes out.

● Step 1: Build the series circuit, shown in figure 4 below, with a battery at about 9 volts and light bulbs.
● Step 2: Turn on the voltmeter and ammeter to measure voltage of the battery and current into it. (Hint:
Voltmeters are connected in parallel with circuit elements, ammeters are connected in series! Rewatch
the video demo if you need a reminder how to connect these tools!)
● Step 3: Record bulb brightness with descriptive language.
● Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3 for Figure 5 and then Figure 6.
