My needs also include adequate land for multiple dogs, goats and rabbits. Room for ATVs and snowmobiles for the winter. I also would not like to travel any more than 45 minutes for work. The house I found is a 4 bed, 2 bath house for $189,900 in Knoxville, Tennessee. It includes a garage, 1 acre of land, wrap around deck and newer appliances. My commute time to work would roughly be 25 minutes and I would be living in a quiet neighborhood. With the 1 acre of property I have enough room for my pets and recreational activities that I am looking for while also being close to work and not having to sacrifice what I am looking for.
