School VisitWhen I visited the two schools Los Arboles Middle School and Henry F Kammann Elementary School on the aspect of school culture I got a chance to visualize its motto and the atmosphere as positive, diverse and inviting from staff and students. A strong positive culture serves several beneficial functions such as Improving collegial and collaborative activities that inturn promote better communication and problem solving, Building commitment and helping students and teachers identify with the school, and focusing attention and daily behavior on what is important and valued(Jerald,2006). While I was visiting these schools and learning about the school culture. The schools embraces diversity and promote equityI was able to use my DISC personality communication skills to help me get through my interviews.
