I revise the work covered after EVERY lecture. I compile my own summaries/notes. I ensure that my summaries/notes are always up to date. I prepare for the next lecture by reviewing the relevant work prior to class. I have access to the prescribed textbook. I consult other textbooks and do extra reading. I complete the homework myself (without copying). I am aware of all matters related to this module. I have a suitable place to study at home/in the residence where there are no distractions. I compile a study schedule before an assessment detailing which topics I will study and when. I complete my studies at least 1 day before an assessment. I assess myself by attempting questions from the learning guide, prescribed textbook and other library books. I ensure that I have sufficient time for revision prior to an assessment. I aim to comprehend the module matter and not simply memorise the textbook During an assessment, I understand the question and the amount of detail that is required in my answer. During an assessment, I have sufficient time to answer all questions. During an assessment, I read through my answers before submitting my script/answer sheet. I am interested in and committed to achieving good results.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
