Business Objectives2.2 Business ObjectivesThe Jancyn Replacement Project - Service Now tool has been approved to meet a business need of servingas a portal for District Manager visits for Ross Stores, Inc. In order to meet this business need there are several requirements which must be met as part of the successful execution of this project. The following high-level requirements have been identified for the Jancyn Replacement Project – Service Now Tool:Database platform with access granted to all District Managers, Zone Directors, Regional Vice Presidents, and select Corporate usersAccessible from office or remotely, including mobile devicesProgram portal to record metrics and communicate/auto-populate to Field Operations myDashboardProgram should allow for the ability to save Store visit drafts and resume and complete visits at a later timeProgram must be ready for pilot by November 2018and full deployment in February 20193. The success of the project is based on the following dependencies:Service Now must deliver a working Service Now Tool that is built and a like-for-like for the current Jancyn toolDistrict Manager’s must be able to successfully utilize the tool in pilot through Q4 for successful rollout in FY193.3 AssumptionsSeveral assumptions have been identified for the Jancyn Replacement Project – Service Now Tool.
