The company can develop a business model. A model designed to support long-haul flights and the company aims to connect two points of the globe through its twenty-four hour terminal in Dubai. This innovative model developed is not compatible with the expensive short route that often reduces the revenue of most airlines. Even long-haul flight stocks are relatively cheaper due to the few scales the aircraft makes to their destination. To make it more competitive in the flight market, Emirates Airline Company has an effective pricing strategy that ensures that passengers pay relatively low airfares while enjoying their flights. As a result, this has become the main competitive advantage that the airline has enjoyed over the years, Leinwand, P., Mainardi, C., Kleiner, A. and Harvard Business Press. (2016). the strategy has improved passengers an economic advantage and, therefore, is why they prefer to fly with Emirates Airline. The company has established low-cost and profitable long-distance flights for the company. The operation of long-haul flights has made the airline Emirates more profitable, so the airline has not seen the need to increase airfares and, therefore, is proud to have a large group of creative consultants and managers.
