Wagner 2 symbol sometimes is boring it does not keep us on our toes, wondering what else is going to happen with that symbol.When us as readers get that big reveal of the symbol it puts us in an aha moment because either we understand it more or we knew that's what it meant.Also in another article it says ”Symbols in literature are visual metaphors for thematic element” (Pugls).
