Lists of Key Rules — What Is Sharia Law?") Uriarte 4 years old.” (“Sharia Law — Lists of Key Rules — What Is Sharia Law?") women who are under Sharia Law can get arranged to get married at the age of nine years old by the parents and the future husband, in all marriages under Sharia Law all women are arranged with their husband they do not get to choose who they marry their parents and the men are the ones who choose. In the United States “ While activists have long urged legislators to raise the age of consent to marriage – and continue to do so – with parental consent it remains possible for minors to marry in every single state.” ("Child Marriage is Still Legal in the US.") meaning that in order to get married at a young age in the United States you would need a parent consent, but it is our right to marry who we want in the United States. Many Muslims or people who follow Sharia Law are arguing that the United States is trying to ban Sharia Law completely from the United States. “ This sort of language typically includes a clause prohibiting foreign law in American courts where it would result in a conflict with rights guaranteed by the constitution of the state or the United States.” ("Anti-Sharia Law Bills in the United States.") meaning that the clause is prohibiting foreign law in American courts because it would result in a conflict with rights guaranteed by the constitution. But Sharia law is not banned from the United States it is just prohibited from allowing it in American courts because of the rights guaranteed by the constitution, people are allowed to practice Sharia Law in the United States as long as it does not go against the Laws in the United States.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
