In the observation process, thefocus is majorly based on pondering on what is viewed and the decision made afterward (Cope,2010, p 63). The 36most activities performed in learning are focusing on moving the teacherforward to attain perfect results from the students.Every time I concentrate in what department to focus on and improve inculcating newmethods of learning. Learning Journeys brings together a set of diverse ambitious and impressiveleadership qualities (Robbins & Judge, 2009, p.17). They also improve the learning fromindividuals and the context that would not allow the learners to get performance changes ineducation. Learning journeys are a reflection process to reconnect with motivation that drives thesoul to reveal what you actually are showing past and plans.Learning journey is progressively planned, developed and recorded in particular situations andthe systematic record experiences develop greater control over the personal development. Inlearning journey processes, there must be a clear distinction in the identification for futureprofessionalism in development of direction.ConclusionReflective practices in personal development are the preliminary component in variousactivities influencing individual and professional development.
