The first data is going to be our interview with the owner and the employee where we will ask several question which are related to the planning, directing, organizing, and controlling aspect of each major activities such as Financing, Operating, Human Resources, and Marketing. The second data is we are going to make an interview with the customers of Menara Tailor. Our third data is information that can be gathered through various channels such as different sites and services available in the internet. Our group initial approach to Menara Tailor is through familial connection where one member of our group has connection to the owner of Menara Tailor. Using that connections we decided to make an appointment an interview with the owner and customers on the site in a specified date. 3.7 Research Instrument We use interview guides as our instrument to help us in doing the research. Interviews are a systematic way of talking and listening to people and are another way to collect data from individuals through conversations. The researcher or the interviewer often uses open questions. Data is collected from the interviewee. The researcher needs to remember the interviewer’s views about the topic is not of importance. The interviewee or respondent is the primary data for the study.

3.8 Instrument Tests The interview guides that we use passes the validity test. It is considered valid because the interview guides that we use consist of questions related to marketing and administrative functions. This instrument also passes reliability test because we use our instrument to interview the owner of the company. The owner’s answer to the questions that were asked are reliable because the owner is the one who knows the problems of Menara Tailor and it means that the answer is really accurate with the real situation that is going on inside the tailor itself.

CHAPTER IV Main Background (vania) The background of our company is that we are a family-run tailor company named Menara Tailor established in 1952. We been designing and producing formal attires for different organizations such as suits and office uniforms. However, we also receive orders from different individuals for other types of clothing such as party gowns, skirts, dress pants, etc.
