Starbucks became globally successful by modifying their business strategy to suit local tastes. Their ethics policies show the company’s principles forhow they conduct business. By being a social responsible company and maintaining a positive reputation Starbucks is an appealing for employees, investors, and customers. The company contributes positively to communities and the environment by working with ethical suppliers, creating greener stores, and donating leftovers to the hungry. Starbucks has come a long way from their one store in Seattle due to their strategies they are over a two-billion-dollar company.
