Muong Thanh Vinh hotel have banquet hall, conference room large 500m2 can
accommodate up to 300 people. The devices including internet, online meeting,
screen computer and projector system is designed and decorated in the opinion of
customers.

What I have done
I have completed all of the assigned work. The following are some of the work
that I have done during internship at Muong Thanh hotel

Greeting customers and providing them with some information about some
internation tours.

Reading the material about domestic and international tours of the hotel .

Calling and answering telephone

Typing documents and photocoping documents for guests

Introducing domestic tours to customers.
In addition I also made an interpreter for people in hotels when they want to
talk with foreigners. I was more mature when working at Muong Thanh Vinh hotel

New skills acquired and skills improved
After 2 months I worked in Muong Thanh Vinh hotel, I learned many things.

Observe skill
I had the opportunity to observe and practice a number of specific tasks
switchboard operators: such as listening and answering phone calls of units, visit the
registration, providing information and services inside and outside the hotel to
customers, help customers make good rules in the hotel
