2.1. What I have done
I have completed all of the assigned work. The following are some of the work
that I have done during internship at Muong Thanh hotel
- Greeting customers and providing them with some information about some
internation tours.
- Reading the material about domestic and international tours of the hotel .
- Calling and answering telephone
- Typing documents and photocoping documents for guests
- Introducing domestic tours to customers.
In addition I also made an interpreter for people in hotels when they want to
talk with foreigners. I was more mature when working at Muong Thanh Vinh hotel
2.2. New skills acquired and skills improved
After 2 months I worked in Muong Thanh Vinh hotel, I learned many things.
