3.The schedule would be broken out into 3 separate phases. The first phase would be through an Instagram campaign with an apology, as well as running advertisements on Instagram to promote it out to a wider customer base. The cost of the first phase would bearound $7.00 per 1000 viewers, according to Instagram business accounts in 2019. In the
second phase, we would be implementing a website campaign that would be running through the Instagram campaign as well, where we could offer up promotions as well as have a forum in which people are able to interact with employees, creating transparency with the customers. The third and final phase will be an all out push. This is through both Instagram and the website, where after the apologies in the first two phases, some of the higher ups within the company could come out and talk, addressing the customer base and drawing in the customer base.4a. We will comply with the ADMA code of practice that was changed in 2018, along article 7, which is to be accountable for the actions that have occurred. What we will do isacknowledge the actions that have happened, how we have dealt with them, and what we will do going on into the future to make sure that something like this never happens again.4b. We would follow the code of ethics that were set by the Public Relations Institute by making sure that the actions that we perform do not put the company in any position that could cause further harm, as well as educate both the client and the customer base to make it so that everyone is brought up to speed. The topics that will be covered are the penalties, the actions, and the fixes that are going to be brought in for the future.
