Under the human rights principles, the Aboriginal community of Australia who are victimized of excessive vulnerable conditions in health care services should be provided with basic needs and access to equitable health care services so that they can invariably diminish the chance of child and infant care negligence among this community. Moreover the principle of

self-determination establishes the fact that the Aboriginal community has to meet up with their social, cultural and economic needs so that they can approach better health care provision in health care and supporting services ( Freeman et al., 2014 ). In that case, the relevance of economic needs of the Aboriginal tribes has to keep into focus so that they can surely fulfil and keep a steady access of various health care facilities like infant trauma care and support, information about pregnancy complications as well as foetal growth disorders by experienced clinical staffs etc which can reduce the chance of infant mortality among the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Moreover the recurring of mental health of the women form the Aboriginal tribe is also an important facet to be considered upon as this vehemently affects the physical health of the infant ( Bath, & Wakerman, 2015 ). Therefore the principle of right to proper medical care and support determines that there has to be representation safe and affordable social and cultural condition for every women of the society which can be beneficial for the upcoming child health as they will get a comfortable and violence-free atmosphere to survive ( Cameron et al., 2014 ). In many cases, it has been identified that women belonging to Aboriginal and Torres Islander community are deprived of such social conditions which increases the rate of infant mortality among them. Therefore the prime focus of the human rights principle should be set on a principle of undertaking valuable thoughts about women health especially in her pre-pregnancy stage so that it can ensure the wellbeing of the infant at any cost.
