T1,Q1. What steps can you take to include carers and family members as part
of the support team?
To incorporate carers and relatives as a piece of the support team, initial
ones should perceive connection between client, their family and their
friends. At that point recognize their commitment towards the client.
Recognize the learning of support worker that supplement with the carer
regarding respect. For the carer, impacts on the relative, privacy the carer
also. Structure the involvement of carers and relatives and convey the
individual's support service.

confidentiality of clients, their carer and related information?
To guarantee that the privacy of customer, their carer and related information is kept up,
I would not unveil this all data other than the supervisor in case of any emergency and
names and other personal details of clients will not be revealed in public forums
such as meetings, conferences, workshops or seminars.
