LAW3248: COMMERCIAL LAW Course Assessment System, Sem. 1 (2020-2021) 1. Attendance to the tutorials is compulsory. Students shall register for tutorials in the First week . 2. Tutorials will be commenced in the Second Week . In the second and third week tutorial classes, the lecturer will explain about the assessment system and scoring rubrics, and make allotments of (i) tutorial assignment questions, and (ii) discussion groups and topics and dates for discussions. 3. Proper tutorial presentations and class discussions will be commenced in the Fourth Week . 4. According to new Assessment System, there are five components of assessment for Continuous Assessment Marks (CAM) (50%): a) Mid semester Test : 15 b) Quiz : 10 c) Opinion Writing : 10 d) Presentation & Class Participation : 15 See attached scoring rubrics for each assessment component.
