Each student must report actual time spent and duties performed during each professional practice session. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. The log sheets should be completed for each category of log sheet activities. There is a separate log sheet for each activity (See professional practice log sheets in Canvas). 2. The following information must be completed: a. Professional practice site b. Student name c. Name of the session’s facilitator d. Date of professional practice session e. Time of session & activity f. Description of activity performed g. Summary of the session h. Site supervisor’s name 3. The log sheets and assignments must be submitted through Canvas on the due date or else it will be a “0” for that assignment or log sheet. They will still need to be submitted to keep track of hours, but “0” points will be awarded Final Project – RHIT Study Guide The student will prepare a study guide to help prepare for the RHIT exam. For the study guide: 1. Organize all of the information in a binder or folder 2. Be creative as this will help you to study for the RHIT exam 3. Include as much information as needed a. Ideas include: i. Printed practice exams ii. Tables iii. Examples iv. Flashcards v. Printed content regarding the exam from AHIMA vi. Study tips vii. Other ideas welcome and will be discussed throughout the class This project is worth 200 points.
