This implies that cost concern were a major barrier to Ethiopia leather industry to implement GSCM practices. This result coincides with previous studies finding of (Bhateja et al., 2011; Galle, 2001; Walker et al., 2008)who investigated their studies they found that cost of implementation is the biggest barriers to implement green supply chain management .
