(n.d.) stated that “Communication is not only about speaking to and hearing from people, it’s about understanding the complete message.” That is, the engineers should communicate with other project teams and understand the goal of the project, instead of completing tasks on their own. 2020 Project Management (n.d.) also stated that “Regular reporting of the project’s progress and status is crucial to the success of the project.” As a result, the project manager should communicate and monitor engineers’ work regularly. Moreover, the project manager should tell engineers the feedbacks from other departments or customers, then the engineers can update and improve the existing parts. After all, it is a “team” project, instead of a self-project.
