The rest of my internship program was for learning all duties of a Customer Relation Agent orrepresentative who is responsible of opening new accounts, ordering cards, providing insuranceservices and Loan services. For the opening of new accounts and sub-accounts, I learned the difference of all accounts andthe characteristics of each. I also had the opportunity to request cards for customers based on their needs. CL’s Loans are numerous, but most customersapply for:-The Housing Loans that help to finance the purchase, construction or renovation cost of aprimary or secondary residence, or even the purchase of any land. -The Personal Loan up to USD 25,000 that allow absorbing sudden expenses whilespreading repayment over a period suitable to the budget.-The Car Loan guaranteed with fast approval and payment facilities, for Brand new Carsor used Cars (Buses, Pickup trucks, minibuses), with a competitive interest rates andinsurance premiums.In addition to providing all the above mentioned products and services, there are importantfunctions for:• understanding the standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service• Working with the organization’s other branch/regional offices to resolve problems, facilitatesolutions and enhance customer service offerings. 17
