6. Evaluate the extent to which your organization’s current strategy appears a good match for the competitive conditions it confronts or any gaps that must be addressed. This is addressed throughout the entire assignment. In such case the current strategy is aligned with the overall Vision and Mission statement and the overall end goal which is to strategically build partnership to ensure a more sustainable growth pattern towards democracy for countries whom dealt with ongoing problems and develop every day. My companies’ strategy evolves on a daily basis to meet the needs of partnering countries but the overall workforce, procurement to developing the finance to support the specific material or product needed to fulfill the country’s needs. Gaps the only thing that could create gaps is the passing of congressional funding in such case of the government shutdown. In this situation it laid of necessary personnel to get the work processed and completed, it laid off the funding needed to

Like I mentioned before there is a ripple effect for not fulfilling supply and demand timelines and in some cases as mentioned above there is more than one contributing factor.
