Assessment Insomnia/Sleep disturbance, Anxiety Sleep disturbance related to anxiety Plan low dose (0.5 mg) of Melatonin three times a week, take it 30 minutes before sleep. Encourage Jones to exercise to help with sleep. Educate on anxiety reduction strategies including relaxation, guided imagery, yoga, and deep breathing. Educate to decrease caffeine intake. Educate to seek emergent care if feeling hopeless, selfharming, or harming others. Followup in 2 weeks.
