Assumptions, Constraints and Risks All project will work under assumptions, constraints and risks to varying degrees. Assumptions: The enquirer will provide the team of users to test the implementation of new system on several stages during the process. The multiple user license cost less than installing the software on local machines. During the analysis stage the implementation team should get all the answers on time to meet the requirements. Constrains: Not all the employees could be available when required what may delay project delivery dates. Software vendor provisioning dates impact the project delivery timeframe. During the implementation stage the timeframe will vary as there could be unexpected issues with installation of the XEN. Risks: Testing stage might reveal some issues the need to be addressed and reconfigured that may take some extra time to release the project to the customers. Hardware resources might be not sufficient for the implementation of new software, or number of simultaneous accesses so will need to be upgraded. This process may increase the project budget and delivery timeframes. Terminology Your proposal MAY contain terms that the client may not understand. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
