How Components of Organizational Behavior are used There are different components that organizational behavior use. Individual analysis The individual analysis is designed to see how an individual works alone. This could include how they do research, if they are able to meet deadlines and how they communicate. Group analysis This is an analysis of how a group of individuals work together as a team. The communication that is used to address other team members or the type of communication that is used. Effects of Organizational Behavior on an Organization The effects that organizational behavior can have on an organization can be positive as well as negative.
