If multiple employee’s in one department request the same day, the employee with the most seniority will be entitled to the day off. Option 3 - The Human Resources department wants to know what seems more inviting. To keep our company made decision date, OR we can have a floating holiday where each individual can pick what day they want off. With the exception of not having it on the same day as another employee in your department. If this does occur the employee with the highest seniority will be given the right to receive that day off.
