He constantly asks staff what day it is, what time it is and where his room is. His short-term memory loss causes him to forget soon after he receives a reply. Staff have noted that Mr Peter also has marked hearing loss and he becomes agitated (and louder) when he is unable to understand the responses to his repeated questions.
