APN in our state of residence. The LACE recorded presentation, although technologically challenging, was a great learning experience as well. LACE considerations and barriers to uniformity of APN practice were highlighted with this presentation. Throughout the course of the past 8 weeks, our course work has illustrated the MSN Essential II: Organizational and Systems Leadership and the beneficial role it plays to the APN. Achieving continuity, maintaining and building professional relationships, following ethical principles in research and practice and in the decisions we will make with organizing the development of change in practice and conflict resolution techniques. I enjoyed the “scenario situational” discussion posts from this course. They allowed us to explore leadership roles and the importance of conflict management among employees to apply in our future practice. According to the CCN (2018), Core Competency for NP’s #2, provides seven methods in which leadership competencies can be applied. Through our discussion topics and course projects, the initiation of leadership methods has been planted in our next generation of APNs. Methods for
