From a human resources point of view, the contraction strategy is very hard to implement and with the firm’s identity at risk, there is a good chance of depreciation to surround the market. Also impact the workforce by depleting talent and creating a bad image. It is possible to have some positive affects as well, but still minimization happens with this strategy. Organization culture is described as mutual, theory, and notions that direct how individuals act in an organization. Culture can involve the managers and or leader’s beliefs in adding to the work pool, organizations culture can affect contraction strategy. If the company can understand that high recruitment talent is what an organization needs to enable a growth in company operations. This is done by adding the expansion strategy in the culture. This culture is what decides the type of strategy a company takes on, adopts, and implements to the firm. Progress is often defined in terms of power, profit, innovation or wealth creating increasing productivity. Productivity is the ration of output to input where input consists of labor, material,
