Now the retailer is plotting its boldest invasion. All the clothing brand are fighting with the same mantra of delivering trendy clothes at affordable price. Plaire can take advantage of their strength and can get the edge over the competitors. 2. Growing digital market Marketing operations is positively not the sexiest piece of promoting, but rather it is turning into the most imperative one. With organization not able to keep pace with advancing shopper conduct and the advertising scene, the weight is on to put promoting operations—talented individuals, effective procedures, and strong innovation—in a position to empower brands to interface with clients as well as shape their cooperation. Opportunities are unlimited for Plaire if they go for digital marketing. 13

Fig 6: This figure shows the Digital Ad spending in 2016 by different media. Threat 1. Fierce competition: There are fierce competitions in the market in Bangladesh. 2. Possible imitation of goods: Fake items (all the more regularly known as knockoffs or fakes) are basically impersonation items offered available to be purchased by outsiders not associated with the brand proprietor. Since they are made to resemble the first, buyers think that its hard to recognize the certified item from the fake, subsequently discoloring the brand's notoriety and depreciating the venture made by the brand proprietor. In Bangladesh, imitation is a big problem. One products exclusivity can be easily compromised as the other brands no matter how big or small copies it instantly and the exclusivity is gone. It is a major threat for the company. 3. Dilution of brand equity: Evidence was found of greater brand dilution for consumers who had a high “need for cognition” (consumer s given to analyzing and understanding a product or service) compared to those with a low need for cognition. It is the latter of the groups that 14

processes information deeper. The dilution of the brand Plaire can be very threatening for the company. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
