Face-to-face interactions contribute to managers effectively engaging in consideration and intiating structure because it plays a crucial role in ensuring managers are engaging effectively and initiating structure. As in the behavior moderl of leadership were leaders are found engaged in mainly two behaviors known are intitiating structure and consideration. First, initiating structure is the behavior adopted by the manager. As a way to ensure a good performance among their employees. On the other hand, consideration refers to the behavior of managers way of showing trust, respect, and care towards their employees. An example, of this is face-to-face interaction which allouds managers to get in a more personal yet professional level (Jones, 2015). How might face-to-face interactions help managers effectively engage in transformational leadership? Face-to-face interactions help managers effectivley enagage in transformational leadership by helping to build trust and credibility with both employees and clients. In addition, it helps to increase productivity by effectively communicating the organizarional goals. Overall, face-to- face time is important becasue it increases intimacy and interaction. An example of inimacy is by managers maintaining a close relationship with their employees. By working closelyt together this helps for employees to establish trust with their manager. As for interaction it helps to exchange ideas and opinions between managers and employees. As well as, enhancing
