Having a good relationship between leaders and followers is the important thing in any organization. This is because by having good relationship between leaders and followers will affect the effectiveness of the job. Firstly, leaders must know their priority as a leader which is need to encourage their followers to work hardly and manage the followers can develop the best to organization. Leaders also need to make clear all the responsibility of their job to help them to understand the job and what they should be

done as a follower. Giving a reward such as give a good salary and monthly bonus to followers will make them feels being appreciate and encourage them to work. Moreover, as a follower you should not place all the responsibility upon leaders’ hand but it is obligatory for the followers to perform the tasks efficiently and to understand what the leaders wants from the work towards the organization. Followers need to show their support by active and participative in any work as a leader’s expected to achieve the goal and objectives of the organization. Besides that, according to Fast Company Article, Barbara Kellerman, author of “Fellowship: How Followers Are Creating Change and Changing Leaders,” is quotes as saying: being a good follower is complicated in ways that are rather similar to being a good leader. It means being engaged. It means paying attention. It means having the courage to speak up when something’s wrong and it means having the energy and activism to support a leader or manage who’s doing things wisely and well. All organization should have a courageous person in personality which is a leader that are judged by their confidence, empowerment, ability to make a decision in any situation and with some of the good ethic leadership style. While for the followers need to be big supporter to their leader, build the trust between each other by produce a high lever of positive developmental outcomes and need to be more open in speak up such as to give opinion or idea. As a one organization, leaders and followers are mean to be together. By having a leader and followers is the basic thing to found out first before you want to start an organization because there is such as not a complete team if the organization lake of this resources. Every organization used to be had a head over everything which is a discipline leader there’s commitment for their organization. They need to set a goal and objective for their organization to achieve at least to make their followers understand what is the organization’s target. Besides all the necessary things, leaders must be a good listener to their followers some goes to followers too. They both need to talk to each other to discuss about anything problem happened due to their work or tasks. Especially to followers there is very important to them to speak up to the leader whenever they facing some difficulty so that both can together give an idea and take action before something become
