It is an elaborate article with the stated purpose, background study, schools' principles, guidelines to help in stopping the spread of Covid-19 and the support that the ministry can provide to help the school team to stay healthy. This site has several articles dating back to the early times when the pandemic began. One can, therefore, easily track the events and take appropriate measures. The journalists can thus reach a vast audience, creating awareness with full information effectively ("Coronavirus (COVID-19) news and media", 2020) . Television is the primary source of offline news for most citizens. By 2018, eighty-two per cent of the citizens accessed information from the TV, which is higher than the 79 per cent in the earlier years (Park et al., 2018). Most of the literate citizens can afford televisions, and therefore the TV news are beneficial in creating awareness for this population. The TV viewers have increased during the pandemic leading to initiation of more free-to-air broadcasters to reach more people in creating awareness. Furthermore, TV stations have strategized to serve their online clients even better as more people access them through the digital platforms for the latest information and entertainment. The main stations such as channel nine create awareness and inform its viewers through broadcasting and their online website "9NEWS_CORONAVIRUS NEWS UPDATES"a site that updates any information related to Covid-19 as soon as they arrive since the beginning of the pandemic. They cover news about Covid-19 vividly giving no chances for misinformation or delay to show their interest in protecting the health of their viewers.
