Societal PerspectiveSocietal forces have a crucial influence on organizations. These can be decided as the forces that are developed based on public opinions regarding ethical and environmental issuesthat can be affected by the functioning of organizations (Karakowsky & Guriel, 2015).There are various issues surrounding the trans mountain pipeline expansion project. This project is referred to as the large-scale project due to its expansion at a large scale. As it is a project that covers a broader geographical and administrative region, for the assessment of the societal forces, we have decided six study regions (SOCIO-ECONOMIC TECHNICALREPORT FOR THE TRANS MOUNTAIN PIPELINE ULC TRANS MOUNTAIN EXPANSION PROJECT, 2013). The borders of the six regions are as follows,• Edmonton region – Strathcona Country, which is to the western boundary of Parkland County.• Rural Alberta Region – Eastern boundary of Yellowhead County that is situated to the eastern boundary Jasper National Park.
