Case study method is used to unveil the prospects of the Altai tourism cluster. Econometric  models are also used in her research paper, which coincides with ours. Russia tourism cluster  is characterized by unique natural resources that can significantly contribute to the  attractiveness of the destination, and by presence of some intra-cluster standards. Still, the  Altai tourism cluster is at the initial stage of development and faces a number of problems.  Therefore, all the actors that are localized in the emerging Altai cluster have to be actively  engaged in collaboration and place marketing activities.                   Another paper is written by Anton Ovcharev, professor of Lobachevsky State  University of Nijniy Novgorod. The paper deals with the problems of Russian tourism with  the use of statistical analysis methods. The structure of tourist economic sector is represented  based on the international recommendations. The usage of adjusting factors having regard to  the share of tourism within the activity of enterprises of various branches is suggested.  Tourism development trends in Russia and in the world in general are revealed. Regional  inequality of international incomes and expenses is demonstrated. The reasons of the Russian  tourism low competitiveness on the world market are defined.   3. Theoretical framework to be used in the proposed research  As it was mentioned in literature review, it was difficult to find desired theories in our articles and books. Hence, theories that were used, are from university classes. The main  estimator and base of our research is econometric model. Tests are done in order to estimate  each variable in order it identify that are they appropriate or not. Econometric model is  essential for that research because it specifies the statistical relationship that is believed to  hold between the various economic quantities pertaining to a particular economic  phenomenon under study. 4. Statement of the contribution of the research to the general area

Economic stability/empowerment is the indicator which determines the well-being of  the country in the world arena. Economically stable countries are usually the ones having  sufficient level of output and increasing level of it year by year, high average wages and  living standards, low inflation and unemployment level. The accomplishment of the purpose  of maintaining above-mentioned factors and providing further growth & development  requires countries to execute the efficient and necessary usage of their natural resources and  successful implementation of the projects established based on them. In the case of
