Fifth Step:“Review Applications” means reading each application that is received todetermine whether the candidate possesses the skills, education, experience or otherqualifications needed for the job.Sixth Step: “Interviews” are typically one-on-one interview between the applicants andthe hiring managers. The interviews focus on applicant‟s experience, skills, work history, andavailability.Seventh Step:“Background Check” reviews candidate‟s criminal record, verifyemployment history and eligibility and run credit checks. It also involves checking social mediaaccounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to make sure potential employees are likely torepresent the company in a professional manner.Eighth Step:“Information” the hired applicants will be informed within three days afterthe interview through email, text, or call.Ninth Step:“Orientation &Training” presenting all about the work of what are the jobspecifications of the applicant and training for the applicant to master the job when he/she is inactual work.Tenth Step:“Work” doing the job specified.General Rules and Regulations1. The business operates every day except for Sunday starting from 8:00am to 6:00pm.35
2. For sale representatives operating hours starts 9:00am to 10:00pm.3. Employees should wear their complete uniform.4. The employee should arrive before 8:00am in the company or else in every minute of latethere is corresponding deduction on their salary.5. All employees must observe and maintain the cleanliness of the premises.6. No employee shall be under the influence of or using alcoholic beverages including drinkingsuch beverages during the work hours. Any employee arriving to work under the influence ofalcohol or an illegal substance will not be permitted to work.7. Each employee must act in accordance with the company‟s policies, orders, rules, regulations,guidelines etc. applicable from time to time.8. The duty must be performed in good faith and a brief reporting of the work done in the entireday must be given to the head office.9. Designated break times are assigned to have meals and personal necessities.10. Every year employees are given 3 weeks leave with pay. It includes maternal, paternal andsick leave.11. Any concerns must be addressed to general manager with regards to the overall operation ofthe business.12. If employees do not meetthe company‟s expectations of performance conduct, necessarycorrective action may be taken. It is within management‟s discretion to determine what measurewould be appropriate under each circumstance.Selection Process1.Preliminary Interview.This is a very general and basic interview conducted so as toeliminate the candidates who are completely unfit to work in the organization with a pool ofpotential fit employees to fill their vacancies2.Application Blanks. The candidates who clear the preliminary interview are required to fillthe application blank. It contains data record of the candidates such as details about age,
