Majority of the report has shown lots of people suffering from depression as result of stigma due to mental health related challenges, due to this the research recommend that in order to bridge the treatment gap, it is important for health officers and stakeholders to break the silence, help the victim speak out this will help in reducing the tension and improve the individual self esteem is effective for the common good of the citizens. There is need for the migration officers to help the immigrants with the necessary information such as information access and support in the process of resettlement. There is need to for the host country to help the asylum seekers with the language tuition since the majority are not able to communicate in English and need such help them since it is considered as some of the main factor hindering mental health support more the new comers into the country 9
