since the Ministry of Water and Environment of Uganda and the the Ministry of Health in Uganda which runs the Uganda Sanitation Fund provides support and sponsorship for water and sanitation projects in Uganda (Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council, 2018). In addition, Future Filter aims to raise the remaining 30,000 USD in seed capital specifically through a recoverable grant since the loan can be converted into a grant in the event that Future Filter is unsuccessful which would significantly reduce the risk and burden of borrowing capital to start Future Filter (Halazon, 2017). For instance, one possible foundation to approach for a recoverable grant is the Shell Foundation which supports innovative social enterprises that provide solutions to developmental issues in Africa such as Future Filter that promotes improved access to clean water and sanitation in Uganda ("Shell Foundation - From Innovation to Impact", 2018). 6.2 Growth Stage The internal funding for Future Filter will be through the revenue earned from selling the water bottles to our identified target groups mentioned in the marketing section above. Referring to Figure 2 and 3 in the Appendix, Future Filter would need to sell at least 1000 bottles at a price of USD 30 per month to breakeven. MGW3234 Social Entrepreneurship Group Proposal example, Future Filter plans to raise donations either through general contributions from a planned donation section on its website or through grants by corporations and foundations such as the Global Sanitation Fund that supports water and sanitation projects globally (Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council, 2018).The benefits of such sources of funding is that Future Filter would be able to acquire capital which would not be repayable nor gives the donors any enforceable rights over the social enterprise but the disadvantage would be that this would put the social enterprise at risk since fundraising costs are often high and short-term in nature (Volkmann,Tokarski & Ernst, 2012). Thus, Future Filter also aims to introduce a stipend approach for the different donors identified to ensure a perpetuity in the inflow of the donations to support its long-term social mission. For instance, individual donors would be encouraged to make a contribution through a monthly stipend of 10 USD or more a month to help cover the operating cost of the social enterprise. Moreover, Future Filter would also encourage interested corporate and foundation sponsors to partner with Future Filter as venture philanthropists that not only provide grants to help start Future Filter but would also be actively involved in overseeing the management and the future development of the social enterprise as board members of Future Filter as well.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
