The competitive advantage of the business plan was effective and sustained the differentiation of the company against its competitors. I rated this seven because it explained the characteristics of the industry that presented opportunity. The two charts labeled, ‘Study Exams to License Exams’ and ‘Corporate Assessment to Academic Testing’ was a nice touch to describing the advantages. It was easy to follow and pointed out strengths of their product against competitors in the market. The customer value was lacking as I hadn’t found much information regarding the customer’s benefits. The only segment I found this topic was in the competitive advantage section. It was not labeled or addressed specifically which lead me to have several assumptions of what value the customer had. I rated this two out of ten. The customer segmentation was slightly more descriptive yet still was not directly addressed in the document. The heading ‘Target Market’ wasonly a few short sentences and complied more so with the competitors than its own product. I was hoping this segment to be more specific to the Proexam Company. The Customer Segment portion of the business plan was rated a two.The market size was in the Market Analysis section under ‘The Testing Industry’ category. The size of the market is small however; I consider the industry to be growing as the product entails
